Wow it's that time of year again! We had a great year at CCP!

 

Our program participants and team have worked hard this year to Level Up our community skills and inclusive experiences. 

 

We've Leveled Up our program location and moved to a new central site in Mission Valley.

​​Additionally, 11 participants joined our full time Specialized Community Integration Skills program this year… and we aren't slowing down yet!

 

Also, we are super proud of 2 participants who were able to successfully graduate and move into programs with lower staff support. 

​

We are Leveling Up to meet the needs of our growing program by investing directly in enhanced community access to inclusive experiences, essential upgrades to our new site, and increased staff development.
