CCP Adventure College program is a unique group of young adults with social and behavioral challenges
that can safely integrate into the community in a meaningful way with a staff to participant support ratio of 1:2, 2:5, or 1:3. 

 

Our participants in Adventure College, focus much more on building more focused community-appropriate social skills, educational and cultural experiences, vocational training and skill building, self advocacy, citizenship, friendship, and group decision making, problem solving, and leadership.

 

CCP Adventure College seeks out more peer opportunities with typically developing peers and focuses on cultivating community partnerships and natural supports within the community at large.

 

Adventure College staff are more facilitators of the day’s preplanned activities as our Adventure College participants decide the what, when, and how details of the day within our program structure.
